About S. M. Levine
Cooking, reading, and writing have always been closest to my heart.
Following college, I went West and wrangled the artichokes: for eleven years, I cooked organic vegetarian meals for thousands of guests at a yoga retreat center. I published two books, a vegetarian cookbook and a food-themed children's book.
I'm also a school librarian. I love my job: connecting young people with new books and authors, teaching information technology, and sharing the joy of reading.
