It was the best of times. It was time for quiche. Whether you are a quiche expert or this is your first time, everyone can appreciate new ideas for this classic dish.
When people are impressed with the quiche you made them, you don't have to tell them it's as easy as making scrambled eggs. Actually, it's easier than making scrambled eggs, if you buy pre-made pie crusts. If you want to make your own pie crust, then it's a bit more complicated. I chose the easy option!
The basic quiche recipe: 3 eggs, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 t. salt, and a dash of black pepper. Beat the ingredients lightly together. Preheat your oven for 375.
Then have fun filling your pie shells!
Then, just pour the egg mixture on top and bake for 25-30 minutes!
